SEN Grotto Experience

Festive Afternoon Tea

Join us for our Festive Afternoon Tea, with mulled wine and a fantastic selection of festive treats, you won’t want to miss out this Christmas. 1st – 30th December 2pm onwards.

Children’s Disco

Dancing, games and a festive lunchbox, your child is guaranteed to have fun! 21st December 3.30pm – 5.30pm

Character Breakfasts

A festive spin on our well-loved character breakfast. Join us to meet The Grinch and Christmas Elf as you tuck into your favourite breakfast. 7th, 14th, 21st and 24th December 9am – 11am.

New Year Eve

See the New Year in with style! Red carpet treatment, 3-course dinner, disco, games and much more… 31st December 7pm – 1am

Draw Night

Will you be one of our lucky winners! Tickets cost only £3, and with prizes worth up to £250, it’s sure to be a night to remember.

An Interactive Christmas Adventure for All

Santa’s Enchanted Journey which is a ticketed interactive grotto experience where children will be taken on a journey showing them what their special letters to Santa go through before arriving at the big man himself!

First Stop

The first stop on the journey will be a visit to the Enchanted North Pole where you will be greeted with polar bear, reindeer and penguins amongst many other charming characters.

Candy Cane Lane

You will then take a trip through the Scrumptious Candy Cane Lane where the elves will be on hand to share their secret hot chocolate recipe and help the children prepare this special treat which they can take home with them.

Magical Sorting Office

After that it is onto Santa’s Magical Sorting Office where you will witness first hand the magic of the sorting room.

Elves Workshop

Now it is time to immerse yourselves into the buzz and excitement of the Elves Workshop which hums with the sound of busy little elves crafting magic ready for the big day!

Santa's Grotto

Before finally arriving at Santa’s Grotto where you will spend time with Santa and receive a specially selected gift.

Christmas Market

After a special visit to the big man himself you will walk through the tunnel of light for the perfect photo opportunity where you will then be meet with the most magical Christmas Market where you can finishing your journey off with a warming hot chocolate or sweet treat whilst browsing our marvellous market stalls.
